I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The friendly hosts made me feel like part of the family. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had top-floor views. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town. Plus, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day.

While the rooms were spacious and comfortable, there wasn't daily housekeeping service which could have been an improvement. the wifi connection could have been stronger in the rooms.

Yolanda and Domingo went above and beyond to make us feel welcome - they helped us organize our tours and even walked us to the doctor's office when we needed it. We really appreciated their personal service and attention to detail.

Communication was difficult at times as the hosts spoke mostly Spanish, but we were able to work around that. It would have been helpful if they had provided more information about the tax return process, as we had some issues when we left the country.

I would highly recommend this B&B to others seeking personalized service and a pleasant stay in Puerto Ayora.

Drawbacks: Although there wasn't anything I didn't like during my stay, it would have been nice to have a mini refrigerator in the room for added convenience.

Secondly, the staff were amazing. They were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. It really made me feel at home. Lastly, the rooms were great. They were clean and spacious, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat. I couldn't have asked for more comfortable accommodations.

All in all, everything was just fine.
